Note: Use muddler to mix thick sticky flour. Use forks to beat eggs.

Operation / Use of the appliance
1.
Fit the Fork (7) or Muddler (8)
to the beater holes (Fig 2).
2. Plug in the appliance.
3.
Hold the mixer handle. Lower
the forks or muddlers into
ingredients.
4.
Switch on (3) and select the
speed desired. The mixer
begins to mix the ingredients in
the bowl.

Put 150g butter,150g flour,150g
sugar and 3 eggs into the
container; blend it at the
lowest setting for 30 seconds;

for 90 seconds until desired;
consistency is achieved.
