managed preventive maintenance program can minimize downtime.
Preparation
An effective preventive maintenance program includes:
proper selection, handling, and application of lubricants
stocking high-quality replacement parts
general cleaning and appearance of equipment
creation of a preventive maintenance history for each piece of equipment
Preventive maintenance documentation can be an invaluable resource.
This schedule is based on an 8 hour
day and a 40 hour work week

Daily
WARNING:
To prevent possible injury to personnel and/or damage to the equipment, lock
out and tag the electrical service to the equipment.
Check Quartz Heating Element Operation
IMPORTANT:
This maintenance procedure requires electrical power to be connected to the unit.
WARNING:
To prevent injury, do not put any part of your body under the reflector assembly
when electrical power is connected to the unit.
Turn the unit on and visually inspect each Quartz Heating Element (1) to make sure it is operating.
