Conditions for the return of a defective product
Defective products will be accepted only if clean and complete, in the original packag-
ing, together with the certificate of guarantee correctly filled in and the commercial
and financial documents (cash receipt of the store, delivery note) that prove the pur-
chase. Please attach a description of the problem found to the appliance.
