• Do not close the cooker with the pr
essure cooker
lid. If needed close with glass lid.
• Place the cooker using the body handles on the
electric unit properly. Close
• Press the “SET” button once and the time will jump
to “04” minutes. Keep pressing till you get the
required time on the display.
• Press “START” button. The right most decimal LED
indicator will start flashing. Ensur
e “POWER ON”
LED is lit. If not shake the pot slightly to ensur
e
contact.
• Once the cooking cycle is complete, the unit will
go into “WARM” mode and the display will
indicate “ ”.
• When you want to serve, press CLR / OFF button
and then remove the cooker from the electric unit.
• Open the cooker ( following the steps outlined
under the pressure cooking section ).
• Take out the steamer basket and drain the water
.
f) TO MAKE STOCK / STEWS / SOUPS:
• Place food and adequate water into the cooker body
.
• Using the body handles place the cooker on the
electric unit properly.
• Close the cooker body with the glass lid.
• Press the SET button once and the time will jump
to “04” minutes. Keep pressing till you get the
required time on the display and leave it.
• Press START button. The right most decimal LED
indicator will start flashing. Ensur
e “POWER ON”
LED is lit. If not shake the pot slightly to ensur

contact.
• Once the cooking cycle is complete, the unit will go
into “WARM” mode and the display will
indicate “ ”.
• When you want to serve, press CLR / OFF button

• However, if the recipe calls for pressure cooking of
stock, follow pressure cooking instructions.
