Connection to 5.1-channel Surround Sound System
Analog 5.1-channel audio signals can be output from the DVD player.
The multichannel audio signals recorded in packed PCM can be played back when an AV amplifier equipped
with analog 5.1-channel audio inputs is connected.

TIME” and “BALANCE” settings (refer to pages 29-30).
• You can enjoy high-quality analog sound by cutting off analog video signals. Press the
AUDIO EX.
button on the front panel.
• When using the HDMI connection, signals from the 5.1CH AUDIO OUT jacks can be limited in some cases. If it occurs, set
“HDMI AUDIO” to “OFF” to output the signals (refer to pages 28-29).
