HOW TO PREPARE THE MACHINE FOR USE

efore using the machine for the first time, clean all parts with a damp cloth.

o clean the rollers, feed a small amount of pasta dough through
the rollers; throw the dough away when done.

heck the voltage.
M
ake sure that the voltage of your power outlet
matches the rating indicated on the machine’s rating plate.
FRESH PASTA
RECIPE
* 2 ¾ cups (500 g) soft
wheat flour
* 4 whole eggs
* a small amount of water
For a better-tasting pasta,
use a mixture that is half soft
wheat flour and half durum
wheat flour (semolina).
ATTENTION
The volume of eggs and
water must not exceed
8.5 fl. oz. (250 ml).
