ut the dough you’ve made into
4-5 pieces (

ttach the smooth roller accessory to
the machine.

et the selector to 0 by
pulling it out and rotating it, so that
the rollers are fully open (

eed one of the dough pieces
through the rollers (

ig. 9).

epeat this step 5-6 times, folding
the pasta sheet each time and, if
necessary, adding more flour (
