Step5 

Attach pedal tube L (41L) to the crank, secure using one nut (44L),flat washer (45), wave 
washer (43), and hinge bolt L (40L). 
Slide bottom handlebar L (52) into pedal tube L (41L) then insert sleeve (33). Has hex head 
bolt (32) through sleeve (33) then fasten and secure with  one washer (37) and  nylon nut 
(34). Then attach two end caps (25) to hex head bolt (32). 
Repeat above procedure for pedal tube R (41R) and bottom handlebar R (53).
