INSTRUCTIONS AND WARNINGS

FOR INFRARED HEATING PANELS

MAREX Solutions

application, various models are recommended (to find the best model for you, please contact

us or

your dealer). For all models, and applications be sure to follow the safety instructions for

installation (see below point 3.1).

MAREX IR

HEATING panels heat up in just a few minutes (about 5 to 10 minutes, see point 2). If you

not have a pleasant warm climate area immediately, you have to run the heating element for an
extended period for the first time, because the cold objects (furniture, walls, ceilings, floors, etc.)
need to warm up. Once these solids are heated, the warmth will be spread throughout the room
and you will be able to reduce the duration of the heating element to a minimum. Hence an
enormous contribution to environmental protection will be provided.
Depending on which

MAREX IR

HEATING panel heater model you have selected, the surface will heat

from 80 to 125 °C. All

MAREX

IR

HEATING panel heaters are equipped with temperature sensors that

regulate the surface of the unit before overheating.

MAREX IR

HEATING panel heaters can be found in different environments application. Further details,

see section 1.3.).

1.3 VARIOUS APPLICATIONS AND MODELS

1.3.1 INDUSTRIAL PANELS

The so-called "industrial panels" are for environments where intense heat is required, especially
for industrial processes as well as drying processes. Industrial panels have a higher surface
temperature than any other heating panels and are not intended for private users (it requires
special security precautions are taken).

1.3.2. WALL AND CEILING PANELS

In order to heat a room optimally,

 MAREX IR

HEATING panels are attached to the ceiling. The radiation

can be optimized. Even more space can thus be saved.

MAREX

IR

HEATING panels are light enough to be integrated into existing ceiling systems. Please note

the necessary details for instructions described below (see section 3.1).

MAREX

IR

HEATING panels can be optimally used as an additional or main heating system. Due to the

thin and light structure and the differences in surface design, the panels are compact and suitable
for almost all walls (please notice the instructions for installation in section 3.1). Depending on the
position of the suspension,

MAREX IR

HEATING panels have a convection heat share of almost 0%.
