The Kleanwater Advanced RO/DI Systems are available in 4 stage (shown above) and 6 stage options. The Pressure
Gauge and Flush Valve are pre-installed on your RO/DI system. The TDS Meter is packaged separately and will need
to be installed in order to measure the total dissolved solids (TDS) of water passing through your system.
The Pressure Gauge allows you to monitor water pressure going into your RO/DI system. A drop in water pressure
indicates the sediment and carbon pre-filters are clogged and need to be replaced.
The Flush Valve is used to flush your TFC membrane for 30 seconds before and after each use. Simply open the
valve so the knob is parallel to the tubing to flush your system. After thirty seconds, close the valve and begin
collecting RO/DI filtered water.
The TDS Meter includes two probes inserted into white tee fittings. These tee fittings w/ probe will need to be spliced
into the tubing network on your RO/DI system for use (shown below). We recommend installing the first probe in
between the TFC Membrane and DI cartridge in order to monitor the TFC membrane performance. The second probe
should be spliced into the product water line after the DI Cartridge to monitor DI performance.
1. Cut tubing at desired
location of TDS probe
2. Insert Tee fitting with
probe by connecting tubing
to each side.
