important to check whether it is in accordance with

When you are purchasing a helmet, try on several
different styles and sizes. Choose one that is
comfortable and safe, that fits well to your forehead
and straps that are distant from your ears (see image
below). Ensure you follow the instructions of the
helmet manufacturer when attaching it.
