Switch Settings and Potentiometers

Board Reset
Potentiometers RV1 and RV2
These are used to set the voltage levels for the
Tag Gap
sensor.
The default settings are characteristic of standard tags but may not
be appropriate for all applications.
The voltage settings can be viewed on the
Engineer Mode
Diagnostics Screen,
and the appropriate adjustments can be made
to the voltage potentiometer by passing a tag with backing web, or
backing web only in the
Gap
sensor.
The recomended settings are as follows:
RV1 Tag Sensor Calibration
•
Tag and Backing Web <0.5V
•
Web Only (Tag Gap) >1.5V, <2.5V
•
Empty >4.0V
