INTRODUCTION
Congratulations on your purchase of a MARSHALLTOWN power trowel. MARSHALLTOWN prides
itself in producing the highest quality trowels for the professional and has applied the same
research, design, and production principles to these walk-behind power trowels.
These powerful machines designed for finishing and floating come in 36” and 46” rotor sizes and
are available with three different Honda engine sizes. The Honda GX160 is available on the 36”, the
GX270 is available on both sizes, and the GX340 is available on the 46”.
This machine was built with user safety in mind, however, it can present hazards if improperly
operated and serviced. Carefully read and follow all safety and operating instructions in this manual.
Ensure every operator reads this manual before operating the unit. The replacement of any part
