SWITCHING
TRANSMITTER
ON AND OFF

The transmitter is controlled using a magnet provided in the case.
▪
Slide the magnet next to the transmitter's mark to switch it on or off.
▪
When starting up, the transmitters flashes orange for about 30
seconds until it finds a GPS signal. If the GPS reception is hard (build-
ings in the vicinity, very cloudy sky...) it may take more time.
▪
Once the transmitter finds a GPS signal, it slowly flashes green.
▪
Some of the information transmitted to the receiver (such as battery
state, altitude) depend on the distance with the transmitter. If the
animal is too far away, the receiver will not receive its position any
more. Altitude and battery state are not displayed any more.
▪
The information update on the receiver depends on the distance to
the transmitter and its operating time.
▪
Do not release the animal before checking the pairing of the trans-
mitter with the receiver.
