Thank you for selecting the Martin Yale Model 911 Continuous Form Document Signer. This
programmable electronic signer was designed to provide your business with a high level of
security, and yet be easily programmed and operated. Each component of your signer has been
100% tested at our factory and has been engineered to perform reliably, giving you years of qual-
ity service.

This machine requires signature plates for operation. Signature plates are sold separately.

We recommend that you familiarize yourself with the signer by carefully reading this
manual. This will save you time later on by avoiding the most common problems and
eliminating operator associated errors.

nance, keep hands, hair, loose clothing, and jewelry away from all moving parts. Serious bodily
injury could result. The AC outlet must be nearby and not blocked. Service or disassembly of
covers should only be performed by qualified personnel with the power disconnected and locked
out.
