Maxedia 4
The Base, Adjustments, and Layers buttons are toggle buttons allow you set the Maxedia to listen for
the DMX values for those Fixtures within the Maxedia. If the button is BLUE DMX for that fixture is
OFF. If the button is RED DMX is ON.
The Base Defaults, Adjustment Defaults, and Layer Defaults buttons are momentary buttons that
reset the DMX values to their default levels.
Networking
When you are working on a show that utilizes more than one Maxedia it can be very easy to trip
yourself up keeping track of all the show data if you do not start out with a clear game plan. The
Networking feature is a very useful tool to reduce your workload, programming space foot print, and
cable runs. It will allow you to use one or two Maxedia to program cues and import content and then
automatically update the other machines over an ethernet network.
