Channel Selector Buttons
Two channel selector buttons – (3), (6), (9) or (12) – are assigned in pairs to
each HF output socket. They are used to select the channel you want to con-
figure.
Subsequently, the channel selector buttons enable you to select the Power,
Current type and/or Activation source of your choice (footswitch) for that par-
ticular channel. As soon as you press a selector button, a red frame (= activa-
tion indicator) will appear around the output power value indicated in the corre-
sponding display section of the selected channel. When you press the same
selector button again, the red frame will move to the next setting field, in this
case the Current field. If you press the same selector button once again, the
red frame will move to the footswitch assignment field. Pushing the selector
button a fourth time returns the red frame to the Power field. Please note that
pressing the selector button a little longer deselects the channel!
Deselecting unused channels has the advantage of giving you a much better
overview of the functions actually used. To activate the channel again, just
press the selector button again.
4.3.3 MENU
Button
The MENU button gives you access to further operator control levels so you can
also configure the channel last used (selecting programs, power settings, cur-
rents or activation options). In other words, this is an alternate option of setting
parameters in addition to the one described in section 4.3.2. Moreover, the
“Setup” menu item gives you access to additional menus so you can set pa-
rameters not represented at the highest level.
The MENU button is also used to quit a control level.
