Installation
3. Slide one spring bushing of the spring tensioner each on both
sides onto the mainframe. Slide the spring bushing with the
shaft into the mounting plates
4. Slide one side of the primary leaner shaft through the mounting
plate on the opposite side.
5. Then slide the other end into the mounting plate on the operator
side.
6. Slide the scraper blade on the shaft into the coiled spring pin.
7. Secure the scraper blade with the safety clip.

Centre the primary cleaner axis below the conveyor belt
Measure on both sides the distance (A) to (B) between the edge of
the cleaning elements and the conveyor belt edge.
Slide the cleaner until distance A is equal to distance B. The convey-
or belt should protrude about 50 to 100 mm on both the left and the
right sides. The scraper blade must be positioned in the centre be-
low the conveyor belt.
