Remedys
The rotary cultivator jolts over the ground or vibrates.
Soil working depth too shallow.

Foreign bodies wedged between the cultivator blades.
Cultivator blades assembled incorrectly without respecting the
helical positions or with blunt edges penetrating the soil fi rst.
Worn or broken cultivator blades.
Rotor warped due to blows received in the central part from foreign
bodies during work.
Depth skids adjusted incorrectly.
Insuffi cient tractor power.
Soil too hard.
Cultivator blades dig into the soil to an insuffi cient extent.
Depth skids adjusted incorrectly.
Lower lifting links adjusted incorrectly.
Free the rotor from foreign bodies.
Disassemble the set of cultivator blades and fi t them back in place
correctly.
Replace the complete set of cultivator blades.
Replace the rotor.
Adjust the depth skids again.
Reduce the ground speed.
Repeat the run several times.
Reduce the ground speed.
Adjust the depth skids again.
Adjust the lower lift links again.
