BILLING
You can choose whether to receive your bill by mail or email.
Please note that you will be charged a $2 fee if you choose to
receive your bill by regular mail.
Online invoice
Maskatel can send you a notice via email, to the address you
provided us, to let you know when your monthly bill is available.
It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of any change in their
email address used for billing purposes.

• In person or by phone, Visa or MasterCard or online
• In person, cash
No matter what payment method you choose, please indicate
your reference number. In most cases, this is the telephone
number that appears on your bill.
Pre-authorized payments can make your life easier. Ask us for
an authorization form that you can return to us once filled out.
These automatic withdrawals will always be withdrawn from
your account on the day after the due date listed on your
bill. However, if this falls on a bank holiday or weekend, the
withdrawal will occur on the next business day. You cannot
change the date of a pre-authorized withdrawal.
If a financial institution does not accept your pre-authorized
withdrawal, they will charge you the same fee as if you’ve
issued a cheque with non-sufficient funds.
At any time, when you deem it appropriate, you may change
your package to add services such as a second phone line or an
additional receiver. To do so, please call us at 1 877 627 5283.
