When using the massage device, it should
not be held clenched in the hand. If the ap-
pliance is held too tightly a strong vibration
is felt in the hand performing the massage.
This is something which should be avoi-
ded. Allow the appliance to run easily and
naturally.
It is not advantageous to press hard on the
appliance when massaging. Heavy pressu-
re inhibits the appliance‘s operation. You
should only run the appliance with gentle
pressure, allowing it to swing fully and as
such, to vibrate well.
