over the shaft in the bowl. Be careful not to touch the blade as it is extremely
sharp.

recommendations.
3. Position the jar cover onto the jar,  lining up the locking tabs of the cover to the
locking slots of the jar till it locks. Position the jar onto the body, aligning the
slot with rotating clockwise until it locks.

Note:

For your protection, this unit has a two lid locking systems. The unit will not

operate unless the tabs in the jar cover and slots in the jar align. Do not attempt
to operate the unit without locking the motor unit in place.
4. Press “1” button for low-speed function; Press “2” button for high-speed function;
Press “O” button to stop the unit. Depress and hold the “P” button to process.

Before using this appliance for the first time, wash the bowl and blade assembly
in water with soap and dry thoroughly. These parts can be washed in dishwasher.

Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth, do not immerse the motor unit in water.

Note:

This product has a “pulse action” feature. Avoid running the motor

continuously in this mode for more than 1 minute. The longer the continuous pulse,
the finer the texture. For coarsely chopped foods, use short pulses.

5. Ensure  the blade stops rotating completely before removing it from motor unit. Unplug
the unit. Remove the jar cover and grasp the plastic blade hub carefully, then pull the
blade assembly out. Remove the jar  and empty the processed food. Do not use jar for
