avoid using solvents when cleaning plastic parts. most plastics are susceptible to damage from
various types of commercial solvents and may be damaged by their use. use clean cloths to
remove dirt, dust, oil, grease, etc.
Do not, at any time, allow brake fluids, gasoline, petroleum-based products, penetrating oils,
etc. to come in contact with plastic parts. chemicals can damage, weaken or destroy plastic
which may result in serious personal injury.
When servicing, use only identical replacement parts. use of any other parts may create
a hazard or cause product damage. to ensure safety and reliability, all repairs should be
performed by a qualified service technician.

Storing the self-levelling cross-line laser level
the following steps should be taken in order to prepare the self-levelling cross-line laser level
for storage.
• remove the batteries from the tool and store it in a cool dry location.
• always store the tool indoors. When not in use, always store the tool in its protective case.
• after you have finished using the tool, always make sure that the switch is in the off position.
