Opening an open channel
This function is only available to terminals authorised at customisation.
If the terminal is not authorised, the function is not displayed.
To open an open channel, the terminal must be registered with the BN
corresponding to the open channel which is to be opened.

the open channel number (1 to 3 digits).

to open the open channel.
Closing an open channel
