How it configure
To be able to use Live Call Screening, extension users must have:
•
A mailbox assigned to them, in their Voice Mail Settings.
•
Live Call Screening enabled in their
“Class of Service (COS)”
for the Day and Night time, as required.

for instructions on configuring the Voice Mail Settings and Class of Service of different
extension port types:

.
If required, you may also change the duration of the Live Call Screening Timer. See
