- Open the ejector as described in the following
and clean the interior with a damp cloth.
- Use a sti brush to remove di cult deposits.
Cleaning the Material Ejector
- Wear gloves.
- Unscrew the knob.
- Pull the feed hopper upwards and then open it.
- Clean dirt and wood residue o the ejector and
cutting surfaces. Don’t use force.
- Close the feed hopper; pull it upwards and push
it forwards into the front position; then, push it
down.
- Firmly tighten the knob.
- If the ejector casing is not seated perfectly, a
safety switch prevents the motor from starting.
If this occurs, unlock the feed hopper again as
described above and make sure that it seats
properly.
Changing the Blades
- Pull the power plug.
- Wear gloves.
- Check blades for damage.
- Make sure that only original spare parts are
used.
- If the 3 cutting blades are dull, they can be tur-
ned.
- Loosen the 2 Allen screws; turn the blades and
then tighten them again.
