6-5 Cautions in Master/Slave Operation
The setting accuracy of each setting and measurement is multiplied by the number of units
connected.
Ex.: When there are three units in master/slave combination, the accuracy per unit is tripled.
The communication function is only available in the mater unit, not in slave units.
Settings such as output or protection are only available on the master unit. The slave units are not
available for it.
Be sure not to connect the master/slave connection cable from the slave units not to be operated.

Be sure not to connect loads to the slave units not to be operated.

Connect the master and slave units directly to loads through their respective output terminals.
Do not connect loads via the master or slave units. The following right diagram shows an
example of Not OK.
Make sure the connection; if it does not follow the above instruction, it leads to malfunction.
