7-2-3 Locking the Clock
A unit that the synchronous clock function is set to "EN", the unit detects the clock signal input from
the clock input pin and uses it as the unit's reference clock.
This state is called “the locked clock state”.
On the other hand, when no clock input is received or the input signal is not used as the reference
clock, this is called "the unlocked clock state" (unlocked).
When the clock is unlocked, the synchronous clock operation is unavailable so that the unit's internal
clock is used as the reference one. The internal clock is output as the clock output. At this time,
"UnLock" will appear in the status area and be blinking.

When the clock is connected and set correctly, If transitions from the locked to the unlocked state and
vice versa were repeated, it may cause malfunction.
(i.e., The input clock cannot be used as the reference one.)
If this happened, turn off the unit and check the connection before trying to operate it again.
