Operation
•
Make sure the appliance is fixed in position and properly connected to a suitable liquid CO2 gas cylinder.
•
Open the gas valve on the cylinder by turning the dial in the direction of the arrow.
•
Hold a glass under the hood using one hand and gently push the hood downwards using your other hand.
After 5 seconds the glass will be covered with a nice layer of ice.
•
If the appliance will not be used for a longer period, please close the valve and disconnect the gas cylinder.
•
Regularly clean
the appliance according to instructions (see chapter “
Cleaning and Maintenance
”)
.

engineers should attempt to open or repair the machine. Contact your supplier when in doubt.
