How to Use the Monitor
You can track your exercise status. Time, speed, distance, calories and total
distance are all displayed on the screen.
About the button:
MODE: If you continue pressing the button, functions are selected in order of
[SCAN- TIME- SPEED-DISTANCE-CALORIE-ODO].
RESET: If you press the button for more than 3 seconds, all the contents are
initialized and “0” is
shown.
SET: If you press the button, you can set the target time and distance for the
exercise.
Functions:
Scan [Automatic conversion]: All functions cycle automatically in the following
order, and each function stays for 5 seconds.
TIME- SPEED- DISTANCE- CALORIES- ODO
TIME: Show your exercise time. You can set the target duration of the exercise, and
it automatically increases the exercise time from 0.00 when the countdown ends.
SPEED: Show your current speed in kph (km per hour).
DISTANCE: Shows the distance of each exercise. You can set the distance target
every time.
CALORIES: Shows the total calories burned.
ODO [Total distance]: Shows the total mileage of your exercise. (Sum of all distances
when the previous data was not initialized)
