in case of weak signals it is recommended to use shielded
wires for accurate measuring.
temperature measuring
Warning: to avoid electric shock, never place the
temperature sensor in an electronic environment!
•
Set the function switch to ºC position!
•
Connect the K type measuring sensor to the
multimeter. Connect the red part to the ºC
connector and the black part to the „COM”
connector.
•
Connect the sensor to the tested object or
place it in the measured environment.
•
Read the temperature from the screen.
Current measurement
Warning: to avoid damage to the device always verify
the fuse before measuring. use the prescribed connectors
only.
•
Set the rotating switch to 4000μA, 400mA or
10A mode.
•
Press the „FUNC” button to select DCA or ACA
measuring mode.
•
Connect the black measuring wire to the
„COM” connector and the red one to the mA
terminal for max. range of 400mA or 10A for
max. range of 10A.
•
Connect the multimeter to the circuit serially.
•
Read the measured value from the screen. In
case of DC measuring the polarity of the red
cable is also displayed (negative only).
•
If the display shows „OL” and the device is
constantly beeping, switch to a higher range.
M
aintenance
general
Warning: to avoid electric shock, do not let water get
inside the device!

500mA/250V Ø5x20
•
Replace the back panel and replace the screws.
Battery replacement
Warning: remove the measuring wires from the device
and the measured circuit before replacing the battery!
•
If the battery's power runs under the normal
operating level, a small battery icon will show
up on the screen.
•
Turn the multimeter off.
•
Remove the measuring wires.
•
Unscrew the battery holder lid.
