Do not exceed the maximum allowed inward
ranges.
•
Do not measure voltage in resistance
measuring function.
•
Set the function switch to „OFF” if you do not
use the device.
•
Set the function switch to the correct position
before measuring with the device.
•
When measuring voltage (V) do not set the
device to current / resistance mode.
•
If you want to switch the measuring range,
use the function switch but always remove the
wires first.
•
Do not exceed the maximum allowed inward
thresholds.

Improper use of the device may lead to injury,
damage and even death. Read the manual
carefully before using the device. Always
remove the wires from the device before
replacing the battery. Verify the intactness
of the wires and the device before usage.
Replace all faulty parts or have them repaired
before using the device. Be very careful when
measuring above 25VAC RMS or 35VDC as these
voltages may cause serious injury. When storing
the device for a longer time period remove
the battery. Always discharge capacitors and
make sure the circuit is not under power when
measuring diode, resistance or continuity.
•
Voltage measuring may be difficult and
misleading due to uncertainty of the
connection. Other methods should be used to
determine whether the connection is right.
•
Safety functions of the device are only
effective if the device is used as prescribed by
the manufacturer.
