Beginners should treat one muscle group
for no more than 15 minutes a day to pre-
vent overstimulation!
Advanced users can use the device for up to
30 minutes a day on each muscle group. We
recommend no more than 2 units per day,
with a rest phase of at least 4 hours between
the units.
1. Screw one of the two attachments onto
the tip (
5
) of the pen:
○
the sphere attachment (
4
) for targeted
relaxation of fairly large tense muscle
groups,
○
the flat attachment (
3
) for more gentle
treatment of sensitive areas.
L
For a particularly intense massage,
the pen can also be used without an
attachment.
2. If necessary, apply a little contact gel to
the area that is to be treated.
3. Take hold of the pen.
4. Press the bottom button area (
9
) (marked
with
+
) to switch on the pen and increase
the strength of the pulses until the dis-
play (
7
) shows a
2
.
The pulse activity display (
6
) flashes.
5. Press the tip of the pen onto the area
being treated. If at first you do not feel
anything, move the tip slightly until you
feel a tingle. If you still do not feel a sen-
sation, increase the pulse strength.
6. Leave the pen in position for a few
minutes (for pain relief ideally 15 to 20
minutes). To treat larger areas, move the
pen over these areas.
7. To reduce the pulse strength, press the
top button area (
8
) (marked with
–
).
8. Switch off the pen after the treatment.
To do this, keep pressing the top button
area until a
0
is shown on the display.
Shortly after this, the display will go out.
