Manual Training

Step 1: Program Selection

After switching the treadmill on, “MANUAL” appears in the display. If the treadmill is already switched on and the 

display shows another program, press the STOP button.

Step 2: Enter the target value

You now have the option to set a target value for your workout, either the training time, the training distance or 

the calorie consumption.

Specification of the training time:

Press the MODE button. The TIME display window flashes 30:00 minutes. Set the desired exercise time from 

05:00 to 99:00 minutes by pressing the incline or speed control keys.

Specification of the training distance:

Press the MODE button twice. The DISTANCE display window flashes 1.0 kilometres . Set the desired distance 

from 1.0 to 99.0 kilometres by pressing the buttons for incline or speed.

Specification of calorie consumption:

Press the MODE button three times. The CALORIES display window flashes 50 calories. Enter the desired 

calorie consumption from 20 to 990 calories  by pressing the buttons for incline or speed.

Please note that you can only specify one value as the target value.

Step 3: Training start

After entering the desired workout values, press the START button. The display will show a countdown. Each 

countdown value is accompanied by an acoustic signal. After completion of the countdown the treadmill starts 

automatically.

End of training

The treadmill stops automatically after the specified training goal been reached.

Training profiles P1 - P36

Training with already pre-programmed training profiles

Step 1: Profile Selection

After switching on the treadmill, select the desired training profile by pressing a P button P1 - P36.

Step 2: Time input

The TIME display window flashes 30:00 minutes. Enter the desired exercise time from 05:00 to 99:00 Minutes 

by pressing the slope or speed control keys.

Step 3 : Profile start

Now press the START button. The display shows a countdown, each countdown value is accompanied by an 

acoustic signal.

The training time starts to run after the countdown, the treadmill starts automatically.

End of training

The treadmill stops automatically after the specified training time has elapsed.
