Pizza
• Open the pizza oven by the lid handles and check the pizza stone for damage.
• Preheat the pizza oven with the lid closed, we recommend approx. 5 minutes at the highest level.
•
Dust the pizza stone with some flour or semolina before placing the pizza onto the stone to prevent sticking.
• Now place the topped pizza on the pizza stone using the pizza shovels and close the lid again. If necessary, dust
the pizza shovels with a little flour to prevent the dough from sticking.
NOTE:
there should be no holes or cracks in the pizza dough to prevent the topping from getting onto the pizza
stone and burning.
• You can easily check the cooking degree of your pizza at any time through the viewing window in the lid.
NOTE:
the baking time of a pizza depends largely on the thickness of the dough and topping and can therefore
vary greatly. Do not place too much topping onto your pizza to prevent the dough or the top layer of the topping
from burning before the pizza is fully cooked.
• We recommend turning the pizza occasionally so that it is baked evenly.
• When the pizza is ready, open the lid on the handles and remove the pizza. Take care not to burn yourself on hot
parts or escaping steam.
• Never use the pizza stone as a cutting board for your pizza, this would damage the stone.
• After the last pizza switch off the pizza oven in order to avoid overheating.
Pan dishes
With the optional pan you can easily prepare delicious dishes such as gratins, omelette, quiches, and much more.
You can use the pizza oven open or with the lid closed.
• Open the pizza oven and remove the pizza stone.
• For pure pan dishes, such as eggs with bacon and tomatoes, place the pan in the oven and set the desired tempe-
rature.
•
For oven dishes, such as a quiche, fill the pan outside the pizza oven and then place the filled pan in the pizza
oven. As with an oven, the pizza oven (without pan) can be pre-heated if necessary.
IMPORTANT:
please handle the pan like a non-stick pan.
• Do not clean the pan in the dishwasher.
• Clean the pan by hand using a soft cloth and a mild dish washing liquid. Do not use aggressive cleaners, pot spon-
ges or other sharp objects.
• Do not heat the pan above 260°C as this could damage the non-stick coating.
• Never heat the pan without content, as this would damage the pan due to overheating.
