3.3 LOADING
The unit should be loaded so that there is at least 15mm between items to allow air to
flow around them.
The refrigeration or freezing time depends on the load, its nature, and thickness of the
foodstuffs.
In any case, products must be as thin as possible and never be over 4 cm. For
example, for a cabinet with 20 kg capacity, it is preferable to load the cabinet with 20
elements of 1 kg than 4 loads of 5 kg.
3.4 VENTILATION
In order to guarantee refrigerating performances, verify that the ventilator grids and the
exhaust air chimney are in no case obstructed.
3.5 RECUPERATION OF WATER FROM DEFROST
Check that no foreign body obstructs the evacuation hole located on the bottom of the
drip tank in front of the evaporator.
It is necessary to empty the drawer placed beneath the appliance which collects defrost
water regularly.
3.6 SIGNALS AND DEFECTS
cE = Indicates a communication problem between the display card and the power box.
dEF = Indicates a defrost cycle in progress.
rEG = Indicates that the cycle has not progressed accoding to the regulation. By
depressing one key you delete this message.
E1 = Faulty ambient probe.
E2 = Faulty skewer probe
– If the skewer probe is faulty, it is still possible to use the
cabinet in timer mode.
ELE = Faulty black out (the current cycle stop and the fridge cycle start)
The sound alarm can be switched off by depressing any key.
