Closing/Sanitation Procedures

Clean Nozzle & Diffuser

Remove the nozzle by twisting clockwise. 
Then pull the diffuser straight down. Separate 
the diffuser. Clean the beverage nozzle and 
diffuser using nozzle brush and rinse with 
carbonated water.
Reinstall diffuser nozzle.

Wipe Down A.B.S. Unit

At the end of closing shift, the crew should 
wipe down the exterior of the unit with a san-
itizing solution.
