Repeat these steps for each MS750 in your system,
selecting a different MS(1-4) button for each.
Direct Access Codes
Direct Access Codes are used in conjunction with the
MACRO push-button on the remote control to provide an
IR code sequence to access just about any media in your
MS750 server. This is useful for programming third-party
external control systems and programmable IR remote
controls. The Direct Access Codes are available for all mu-
sic and movie titles,
Play Lists, groups,
and radio stations.
Follow these steps
to view the direct IR
codes for your MS750
content:
1. Press the Setup
push-button on
the remote to dis-
play the MS750
setup menu. Re-
fer to figure 6.
2. Select the Exter-
nal Control menu
item. Refer to
figure 8.
3. Select the Direct
Access Codes
menu item.
4. Select which
codes you want to
view:
A. Music Titles
B. Music Discs
C. Music Play
Lists
D. Music Groups
E. Radio Stations
Note: You can make a print out of this information by
using the MS750 Web Server Interface. Con-
nect to your MS750’s IP address and look under
Setup/Direct Access Codes.
Play List Hot Push-buttons
When the MS750 is controlled by an External Control
System creating Play List Hot Push-buttons will provide a

The Touch Panel Overlay should now be displayed around
the edges of your screen. These buttons duplicate the func-
tions found on the remote control and allow you to interact
and control the MS750 by touching each button on the
External Touch Panel.
IR Remote Control
The MS750 is preset from the factory to operate from the
MS1 source button,
however, the MS750
can be configured
to use any one of the
four source buttons
using the on screen
Setup menus. This is
useful when there are
multiple MS750s in-
stalled at the same lo-
cation, so all MS750s
don’t respond to the
same IR commands.
Use the following
steps to change which
source button (MS1,
MS2, MS3, or MS4)
so each MS750 will
only respond to com-
mands sent to it.
