HYDRAULIC HOSE MAINTENANCE
•
INSPECT
the hose assembly before each use.
•
REPLACE
the hose assembly immediately if:
c. The jacket of the hose appears abnormal.
d. You have reason to believe it may be abnormal.
e. There is any fluid leakage.
f. The couplings are damaged.
g. The hose is damaged or kinked.
h. The reinforcement is visible through the jacket.
• DO NOT
EXCEED
the maximum recommended working pressure of the hose.
• DO NOT
KINK
the hose assembly.
• DO NOT
BEND
the hose assembly beyond its minimum recommended bend radius.
• DO NOT
EXPOSE
to temperatures in excess of 225° Fahrenheit.
• DO NOT USE AS A
STRENGTH MEMBER
for pulling or lifting equipment.
LUBRICATION
•
Monthly (200 Hours)

If replacing hydraulic hose, use only hose that meets or
exceeds 3,000 PSI working pressure
