A minimum amount of lubrication is required. There are a total of four grease fittings that requires regular lubrica-
tion monthly or every 200 hours.
A cover is provided to access the grease fittings. Remove the cap screw
on the top of the cover.
After removing the cap screw, lift and raise the cover
to access the ram cylinders.
After the cover has been removed, lubricate each grease fitting
on the two Ram cylinders.
•
Use a high quality lithium based NLGI No. 2 GC-LB grease.
Reinstall the cover and secure in place by reinstalling the cap screw.
