IABILITY
The use and maintenance instructions supplied with the machine consider the experience and
knowledge matured by M.C.M. S.r.l. to-date. They are updated according to the revision and date
shown on the cover and at the bottom of the page. Any new revision supersedes the previous.
CAUTION
All liability for damage and malfunctions caused by the following is declined:
Manoeuvring errors;
Failure to comply with the instructions in this document;
Repairs that are not performed in a workmanlike manner and replacing parts with any other than those
specified in this document (the assembly and use of non-original spare parts and accessories may
compromise machine operation);
Unauthorised alterations or operations;
Poor maintenance;
Defects in input supplies (electric or pneumatic);
Improper use of the machine;
The machine being used by untrained personnel;
Exceptional events arising from unpredictable external causes;
Non-application of the safety, hygiene and health related requirements in the workplace.
All liability for damage caused by irresponsible alterations and changes made by the user is declined.
The user must identify and choose the category of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) in
accordance with the Company Risk Assessment.
M.C.M. S.r.l. disclaims all liability for possible inaccuracies in the document due to misprints,
translation or transcription.
Any additions to the use and maintenance instructions that the manufacturer deems appropriate to
send to the user must be kept together with the document, which they will form an integral part of.

ESTING
The machine has been designed according to your specific requirements in order to obtain the best
performance and optimum efficiency.
Unless agreed otherwise, the technicians of M.C.M. S.r.l. will test the machine before delivery; see
the attached report in Section 6 (Attachments).
