Lubrication

Daily Lubrication
Lubricate all the following points with a high-quality EP No. 2
lithium grease.
Daily lubrication intervals are based on a 10-hour day.
If the refuse vehicle is operated more hours per day or
double-shifted, the maintenance interval must be adjusted
accordingly.
If your refuse vehicle is equipped with a tag axle, refer to the
Operator’s and Service Manuals supplied by the manufacturer
for the proper lubrication and maintenance.
The lubrication charts in the following pages are divided
between Zero Radius and Zero Radius Extended Reach.
Refer to the appropriate illustrations for your model.
SAFETY NOTICE
Perform your company’s Lockout/Tagout
procedure. If your company does not have a
Lockout/Tagout procedure, follow OSHA
1910.147 and 1910.146 Confined Space as
appropriate.
WARNING
Items G, H, I, J, K, and L must be greased with
the grabber fully lowered on mast, or if raised,
chocked with a jack stand or blocked to prevent
the grabber from lowering. Failure to comply
may injure or kill.
