Attach Parts to the Base
Attach the 4 magnets to the base’s bottom. There are 4 insets in the
base for these.
If the screws protrude into the base, take some efforts to grind or file
those sharp points down.
Insert the Heat-Set Inserts
There are two options here:
1.
Using a heat gun, insert each of the heat-set inserts
into the corners of the base. These would then be
used to attach the top of the case using the 4-40
screws (#403).
If you plan to disassemble the box and reassemble it quite a bit,
this is probably the way to go. Otherwise, take option #2 (it is
much easier.
2.
Do nothing at this point, and attach the top using thread forming
screws (#410)
