Engine Relays
The Engine Relays are located beside the engine on the exterior edge of the Engine Tray. These
relays convert GP400/GP500 signals into engine operational functions (e.g., start and stop). Refer to
the Section 20 - Schematics for relay functions and interconnect.
Start Relay
Provides power to the starter solenoid.
Glow Plug Relay
Provides power to the diesel engine glow plugs.
Throttle Solenoid Controller
Provides power to the electric throttle solenoid.
Glow Plug Circuit Breaker
Provides over-amperage protection for the Glow Plug wiring.
