INSTALLATION BY HARDWARE WELDING TYPE
Before installing Aproli 480 make sure the door is adequate to be electrically operated.
If necessary reinforce the door by welding or bolting to
it a metal plate of 100 mm, 5/6 mm of thickness, allowing
for Aproli 480 fixing bracket to have a stronger support
during door operations.
The bracket for the installation of Aproli 480 is to be fixed in the middle of the door.

IMPORTANT: before proceeding with the installation, make sure the door can be smoothly open and closed by
hand, without any friction points.
IMPORTANT: consider that Aproli 480 and the hardware require extra counterweight to compensate the additional
weight, so that the door once automated and released for manual operations, be well balanced and able to stay
still in any position.
IMPORTANT: depending on the space, being more or less sufficient, that can be available between
the system arms to be installed for automatic operations and the existing ones of the door, the
bracket is required to be mounted following the distances indicated in Pic. 6 (with the linear
arms) or in Pic. 7 (with the curved arms).
