3 Operating
3.1
Adjusting the
height
You can adjust the height by pulling out the two brackets in the groove.
NOTE: The feet of the massager is not adjustable. Be sure that the foot
massager is disconnected to the main outlet before adjusting the height.
3.2
Operating the
appliance
Place the

front of a comfortable chair and plug it into the main outlet. Sit
down in a comfortable position.

Duration of
massage
treatment
In general, you can allow approximately 10 to 15 minutes operation
for each massage session, one to two times a day. Make sure the
appliance is cooled down completely before using it again!

4 Miscellaneous
4.1
Cleaning and
maintenance
• Before cleaning the unit, make sure it is switched off and dis-
connected from the mains.
• Using a soft, damp cloth only to clean the surface of unit after it is
cooled down completely.
• Do not use any strong detergents for cleaning, e.g. scouring cream
or other cleansing agents, as they may damage the surface of the
unit.
• Store the unit in a cool, dry place.
• Take care when rolling up the mains lead to avoid damaging it.
This product should not be disposed of together with domestic
waste. Please hand in all electrical or electronic devices at a muni-
cipal or commercial collection point so that they can be disposed
of in an environmentally acceptable manner. Consult your muni-
cipal authority for information about disposal.

Shiatsu Foot Massager
1.
Press Mode selection button to select massage mode and start
foot massage, the indicator will light blue. Carefully put your feet
on the foot pads.
2.
Press the Mode selection button again to active the heat func-
tion if you like, the indicator will light red. The red light on the foot
area will automatically turn off after about 20 minutes of operation.
This is due to the over-heating protection built-in on the device.
But it will automatically turn on when the temperature cools down.
3.
Press the Mode selection button the third time to stop using the
unit.
4.
Unplug the appliance from the wall outlet after usage.
