GENERAL INFORMATION
MicroDrop CalimeroJet/MasterVent is a compressor nebulizer system for aerosol therapy for
intensive use. MicroDrop CalimeroJet/MasterVent is supplied with the CalimeroJet/MasterVent
nebulizer, a new and patented exhalation/inhalation valves system, which increases the amount
of inhaled medication, minimizing the medication waste.
INNOVATIVE DOUBLE-VALVE SYSTEM OPERATING DETAIL
During inhalation phase, the inhalation valve opens, automatically-operated by patient’s breath,
thereby allowing an additional air flow to the compressor-generated one, therefore increasing the
nebulization of medication and the medication quantity effectively inhaled.
During exhalation phase, the inhalation valve closes avoiding medication to be dispersed in the
environment while the exhalation valve opens thereby allowing the exhalation.
