Unplug breast pump from
power source.
Rinse tubing in cool water to
remove breast milk.
Wipe off breast pump and pumping
area (ex: countertop or table) with a
clean, damp (not wet) cloth. Water
and mild dish soap or non-abrasive
detergent may be used.
Wipe off the breast
pump and pumping
area with a clean,
damp (not wet)
cloth. Alcohol based
disinfectant agent
may be used to
disinfect the breast
pump and pumping area (ex: countertop
or table); follow the disinfectant agent’s
instructions for use.
• Wash tubing in warm soapy water.
• Rinse tubing with clear water.
• Hang to air dry.
• Or shake out any drops of water
from the tubing and let the pump
run with tubing attached until dry.
Turn off breast pump.
Caution
Unplug breast pump before cleaning.
Clean breast pump after every use and
disinfect between users.
