Condensation or
Milk in Tubing
• Turn off the pump and unplug from power source.
• Use a damp (not wet) cloth to wipe the pump.
• Refer to cleaning instructions “Tubing Cleaning”

.
• If necessary, clean the pump kit.
• When components are completely dry, reassemble breast
pump and kit.

Let-Down

or Breast milk
Expression
• Ensure your breast pump kit is assembled correctly and
suction is available.
• Relax and take a 10-15 minute break, if let down is not
achieved after 2 consecutive pumping sessions.
• Consult with a healthcare or lactation professional if
expression does not occur.
If there is an
overflow
1. Place the pump set into the bottle holder.
2. Turn off the pump and unplug the power cord from the
electrical outlet.
3. Use a damp (not wet) cloth to wipe the pump and membrane
area.
4. If there is milk in the tubing:
Remove tubing, protective membrane and membrane cap
and clean in accordance with
Section 7
. Shake out any
drops of water from the tubing and hang up the tubing to dry
or let the pump run with tubing attached until dry.
If there is condensation in the tubing:
Let the pump run with tubing attached until dry.
5. When components are completely dry, reassemble breast
pump and accessories set.
