Storage
Enable media database
Press the
GPVGT
button to switch the media database on or off.
When the media database is switched on, the media player creates an index file on the
SD and USB data media containing the music files.
When you choose the music playback on the data medium, you can choose the tracks
from the directory by
ARTISTS
,
ALBUMS
,
SONGS
or from one of the
PLAYL-
ISTS
.

The storage media connected to the media player are displayed here.
Internal storage
The available memory on the device is displayed here.
Firmware update
If you have a firmware update on a data medium, then connect it.
Select the “
BROWSE
” entry to search for the update file.
To start the update, select the
UPDATE
entry.
Privacy
Factory data reset
Choose this entry to reset all system settings to the factory settings.
Then confirm with
GPVGT
.

This submenu shows you the MAC address of your media player as well as the
firmware versions. You can also view the version of the Android operating system and
have the open source licence of the device displayed in the
LEGAL INFORMATION
entry.
